Terms of submission
All image submissions are checked and used at the discretion of the WikiKent editor.
The submitter must have the intellectual property right to submit images for display on this website. Ie: the submitter must either hold the copyright for the image or have permission from the copyright owner for re-distribution of the image.
Submission of the image will grant the right to display the image to WikiKent
No fees will be paid by WikiKent to anyone for the right to display the submitted image.
We reserve the right to edit any images supplied including: cropping, resizing, colour correction, adding watermarks
Do not include images that also include a vulnerable person, ie: a person under the age of 18, a person under curfew of law, a person receiving medical support, a person with a mental condition
Do not include images where a location license is required and/or are already distributed under license
We will endeavour to credit images whenever possible if an accreditation is supplied
Images may be submitted in the following formats: jpeg, gif, png, tiff, bmp and must not exceed 5mb per file
WikiKent is not responsible for re-distribution of images ‘cached’/published by search engines. If you do not want your images to be found on the internet – DO NOT SEND
